Wow! This was a mobile alert sent out by a TV station in Dallas last night.
One of the greatest baseball games I have ever seen. Wow! The Rangers were a strike away from being the Champs. Twice. Three blown saves by the Rangers bullpen has to be a record. I was happy to see hometown boy David Freese was the cause for extra innings with a 2-run triple in the ninth (with 2 outs and 2 strikes). He was also the hero with the walk-off shot in the bottom of the 11th. I have some friends that were here in June and threw down $100 on the Cards to win it all at 18-1 odds. I’m rooting for you Heidi and Scott.
This was by far the best sign of the game last night. The dude that caught the game winning ball, stuffed it down his pants and gave it to David Freese. He received a signed bat by the team and he brought his friend, who wore this shirt. The two guys actually played the scenario over in their heads before the game.
